What happens when you become our client?
Each client is given a dedicated Account Manager to help them manage their corporation's travel account. In addition, we provide reporting tools to help identify their corporation's unique management and reporting needs. Our management reports and tools help clients better understand company travel patterns, supervise policy compliance, identify savings opportunities, and accurately manage budgets.
How do we service you?
You will be assigned a primary account manger. Your account manager is available to you via phone, e-mail, or fax. If you call, you won't be routed in a maze of automated directories. A live person will answer the phone and direct you to your agent. If your agent is unavailable, someone else can help you if you need immediate assistance.
